We are a group of doctors (GPs) and other health professionals that provide medicine for families and the community from 3 centres based in Newtownmountkennedy, Kilcoole and Wicklow Town. We serve a large area along the Wicklow coast from Greystones in north Wicklow as far as Brittas Bay in the south.

Patients who contact the Village Practice can access highly trained GPs 24 hours a day throughout the year. We are dedicated to providing up-to-date advice and medical support thoughtfully and carefully – it’s what we do. We provide a space where you can get reliable, considered, balanced medical opinions, whilst giving you the support and encouragement to make your own decisions about your health.

The Village Practice has been serving the local community for over 25 years. What started out as a traditional single-handed practice in the 80s has grown as medicine has become more complex. By cooperating under one administrative umbrella we are able to offer patients the best of both worlds – the support, strength and professionalism that comes from group practice delivered close to their homes from small, personal, community based surgeries.
