At Network Fitness we assist members in achieving their Lifestyle goals by writing both challenging and achievable programmes. We try and find as much as we can about our members so we can devise a programme to ensure they achieve their goals. We are concerned with long term lifestyle change rather than short term quick fix. Our aim is to make you form good habits. We also change programmes every 4 to 6 weeks to achieve maximum results and keep the training regime interesting. We achieve this by hiring Trainers that have a combination of at least 5 years working experience, excellent characters and partake in a Sport or fitness regime themselves so they can identify with their clients. We also insist that our Trainers complete on-going training both in-house and Fitness Industry courses to ensure they are up to date with the latest trends in fitness.
