I am a fully trained and qualified psychotherapist; I trained at the Institute of Creative Counselling and Psychotherapy in Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin. I am also accredited as a psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapists. For a general overview of my qualifications, click here. My approach is ‘Integrative’, which means I draw on a wide range of approaches including person-centred therapy, gestalt, somatic awareness, psychodynamic and object relations. The relationship with the client is always at the heart of my practice, so that therapy becomes a safe and trusting space in which the client can open up about their insecurities, hopes and dreams and find a place where they can really be themselves. In order to make my Dublin psychotherapy more accessible some reduced priced places are available, for those on lower incomes.
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Cork city and Kinsale, County Cork. I am experienced and passionate about working with both adolescents (14-23yrs) and adults. Norah Finn is the founder of Aethea Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Training Services and Alethea Holistic and Healing Services. The therapy centre first opened its doors in 2004 with a wide range of counselling and support services, and in 2010, Norah Finn added Holistic and Healing Services to the clinic's portfolio.
Norah Finn has worked with people using alternative practices since 1996. In 2000 she trained as a Psychotherapist to add to her work. Clients can receive many different treatments from psychotherapy, family constellation work, cognitive behavioural therapy, life coaching, massage, colour chakra therapy, spiritual readings to beauty treatments, and much more. In case we can't provide the treatment you need, we'll recommend and refer you to capable and competent professionals.

The Programme4Life aims to teach young people about social media safety and awareness. In doing this, it offers the life skills and coping strategies that will help young people to navigate the often difficult terrain that is social media.
